Over the years, I’ve written and presented training for software, construction, biotech, publishing, communications, travel, power, and service companies. A great deal of what I’ve done has been technical-oriented, yet non-technical, soft-skills, fitness, and gender-related training is also in my repertoire. My training has been presented in the classroom, in the field, over the web, and through blended-learning environments.
Experience in rigorous, highly-regulated industries, years of training and writing experience, and knowledge of adult education and ADDIE are some of what I bring to my work, which includes:
- Analysis and review of training needs
- Analysis and review of processes to be trained
- Focus groups, SME interviews, and M&P interviews
- Task analysis and DIF analysis
- Process flows and overviews
- Reference mapping for defensibility
- Training guides and product documentation
- Job aids/cheat sheets/quick reference cards
- Web-based training
- Classroom presentation materials (instructor guides, student guides, slides, etc.)
- Video on demand
- Train-the-trainer materials and sessions
- Training schedules and paths
- One-on-one and group training
